I was able to save the file as a pdf file to make sure I had a complete copy. When I changed the file name in the SaveAs Dialog before clicking save, the SaveAs dialog box reappeared with the original file name. Simply clicking Save on the SaveAs dialog made the dialog disappear In the bar at the bottom of the file I got the message WORD IS SAVING, but the bar had no fill. When I wanted to save the final version by clicking on Save, I got the SaveAs dialog. I saved it as a *.docx file to allow the use of the new equation editor and continued to editīefore saving the final version I checked tracking options to not show the formatting changes. I received the document as an *.doc file from another person and started to edit it using Track Changes. I am trying to save a Word document on Office 365.
